- Manufactured out of Steel Pipe of 1” diameter and -8 mm thickness， and processed in State-of-the-Art Laser cut machines for Cutting to Lengths， Notching and Bent on CNC Pipe Bending machines
- Welded using TIG process and Shot blasted to remove all residual stresses， before surface protection process
- Coating to Black finish， gives the Crash Bar adequate corrosion resistance to endure all weather conditions to which the Motorbike will be subjected
- The Full Assemblage includes Compatible Hardware， Bracketry， Sacrificial Slider Guards made out of Compression Molded Resin to give it the strength and takes the impact in the event of a fall of the Motorbike (easier and economical to replace in the event of a big fall of the Motorbike)
